基于HIS和EIS的数据交换研究

目的：实现在医院信息系统（hospital information system,HIS）中随时随地查询病案。方法：将采集的心电数据保存到网络上的数据库中,采用存储过程、触发器、数据库链接实现数据库间的数据交换,在网上进行心电数据分析、书写报告及心电数据的波形回放。结果：在心电信息系统（ECG information system,EIS）与医院HIS的数据交换中应用该方法,实现了2个系统的无缝连接。结论：提高医生的工作效率和工作质量以及医院的科教研水平具有很大的促进作用。

Study on Data Exchange between Hospital Information System and Electrocardiogram Information System

Objective To realize easy inquiry of medical record through HIS.Methods The acquired ECG data were stored in the network database,and storage procedure,trigger and database link were involved in the data exchange between the databases,then ECG data analysis,report writing and wave playback of ECG data could be performed through the network.Results The data exchange between HIS and EIS was realized.Conclusion The work efficiency of the doctor,as well as the education and research in the hospital are enhanced greatly.
