联合给药法治疗强直性脊柱炎

目的 采用氨甲喋呤（ＭＴＸ）、抑氮磺胺吡啶（ＳＡＳＰ） 非甾体类药（ＮＳＡＩＤｓ）“递减法”联合给药治疗７８例强直性脊柱炎（ＡＳ的临床疗效观察。方法 ＳＡＳＰ０．５ｇ，２次／日，服１周后改为０．７５ｇ，２次／日，第２周后改为１．０ｇ，２次／日，以后每周１．０ｇ，２次／日，疗程２年，ＭＴＳ５ｍｇ，１次／周，每周递增５ｍｇ，加量至１５～２０ｍｇ／周时维持０．５～１年，ＮＳＡＩＤｓ疗程为３个月左右减半量

A combined deug therapy about Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objecives To observe the effectiveness of the combined drug therapy of methotrexate (MTX),Salicylazosulfapyridine (SASP) and non-steroid anti-mnflammatory druys(NSAIDs) under the decremeutal method on 78 patients of ankylosing spondylitis(AS). Methods During the first week, SASP 0.5gram Bid, then at the next week, the dose of SASP was increased 0.75gram Bid, then at the third week, the amount of SASP was 1.0gram. After SASP was given to the patient for 2 years under the dose of 1.0 gram Bid weekly. At the same time the dose of MTX started from 5mg once a week then increased by 5 miligram once a week until 15-20mg once a week then lasted for half year to year. About 3 months, the dose of NSAIDs was cut off by half or cancelled. Results Among the whole patients, 28 cases clinical remission(38.8%), 32 patients presented effectiveness(44.4%), 8 patients appeared inefficacy, but 4 cares exacerbated(5.5%). The whole effective rate was 83.3 percent (60cases). Conclusion This combined drug therapy could change the course of AS.
