临床护理路径应用于经尿道前列腺电切术患者的效果观察

目的探讨临床护理路径在前列腺增生患者经尿道行前列腺电切手术中应用的效果。方法采用回顾性对照方法,将患者分为对照组和实验组,将临床护理路径实施前收治的45例患者列为对照组;临床护理路径实施后收治的48例患者列为实验组。对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组按照临床护理路径方式实行规范化管理,比较两组患者的住院时间、对疾病知识的掌握情况及满意度。结果实验组患者的住院时间较对照组显著缩短,对疾病相关知识的掌握情况及满意度均有较大提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论临床护理路径应用于经尿道行前列腺电切手术患者中,可促进患者康复,增加患者满意度,提高护理质量。

The effect observation of application of the clinical nursing pathway in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate

Objective To study effect of application of clinical nursing pathway in Benign prostatic hyperplasia patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate. Methods Using the control methods of historic,the patients were divided into control group and the experimental group, the 45 patients admitted before application of clinical nursing pathway were set as the control group, while those 48 patients admitted after application of clinical nursing pathway were set as the experimental group. Using conventional methods of nursing in the control group, accordance with clinical nursing pathway to implement standardized management in the experimental group.The hospitalization time, mastering degree of disease-related knowledge and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time was shorter, the mastering degree of disease- related knowledge and satisfaction degree were improved. in the experimental group compared with the control group had a significant difference,P〈0.05. Conclusions Application of clinical nursing pathway in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate can promote their recovery,increase the satisfaction of patients and improve nursing quality.
