74例因产后出血切除子宫的原因分析

目的:通过病例分析寻找出具有统计学意义的致产后出血子宫切除的产科因素,吸取经验教训,提高产科质量。方法:对抽样调查到的近20年间74例部分不同级别医院分娩的、因产后出血切除子宫的病例进行回顾性分析。结果:致产后出血子宫切除的原因包括:胎盘因素、产褥感染、子宫收缩乏力、DIC和子宫破裂;致不同时限产后出血的原因构成比不同,不同年代、不同分娩方式、不同级别分娩医院致产后出血子宫切除的原因构成比不同。结论:贯彻落实围产期保健,及时发现高危妊娠,实行计划生育,严格掌握剖宫产指征,提高各级医院产科医务人员的技术水平和责任心,严格操作规范,是降低产后出血致子宫切除的主要措施。
