82例腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗的临床疗效分析

目的 探讨腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析82例腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗情况.结果 随访62例,术后优良率占90.3%,仅有3例发生并发症.结论 认为严格掌握手术适应证是手术成功的基础,手术方式的选择和操作是手术成功的关键,良好的术后处理、预防并发症是手术成功的保证.

Surgical treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertibral disc

Objective To investigate the results of surgical treatment for the prolapse of lumbar intervertibral disc.Methods Data of 82 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertibral disc were analysed retrospectively.Results 62 patients were followed up regularly after operation. Excellent results were obtained in 90.3% of the patients, only 3 patients had complications.Conclusion Strict control of indications was the basis for successful operation. Selection of optimal operation method and manipulation was the key to success. Good postoperative treatment and the prevention of complications ensure the success.
