| 摘 要： | 目的 观察急性脑梗死患者使用疏血通注射液治疗后血小板活化指标的变化。方法 4 8例患者于治疗前后分别进行GMP - 14 0、PAgT、D -Dimer以及神经功能缺损评分检测。结果 疏血通治疗后神经功能缺损评分及 3项血小板活化指标明显下降 ,与治疗前比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 疏血通注射液能清除脑梗死患者血循环中活化血小板 ,有抑制血小板粘附、抗凝及抗血栓的作用

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe changes in the indexes of blood platelet activation of the patients with acute cerebral infarction after treatment with Shuxuetong Injection. METHOD Before and after the treatment, the 48 patients were given determination on GMP - 140, PAgT, D - Dimer and nerve function impairment. RESULT The index for nerve function impairment and the three indexes for blood platelet dropped markedly ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION Shuxuetong Injection can clear the activated blood platelet in the patients with cerebral infarction, inhibit adhesion of blood platelet and prevent coagulation and embolism. |
