| 摘 要： | 目的 了解医院医院感染现状,为预防与控制医院感染提供科学依据. 方法 采取床旁调查和查阅住院病历相结合的方法,对2008年10月28日的住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查. 结果 医院感染现患率为4.1%;例次感染率为4.6%,其中以急诊ICU最高(25.0%);医院感染部位以呼吸道感染居首位(67.7%);抗菌药物使用率为46.4%,其中一联药物使用率80.7%;治疗用药病原菌送检率为14.3%;铜绿假单胞菌等革兰阴性菌为医院感染的主要病原菌,真菌感染也占有相当比例. 结论 加强高危科室和易感人群的目标监测,提高标本的送检率,进一步规范抗菌药物的使用,降低医院感染的发生.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the present situation of nosocomial infection(NI) in our hospital,in order to provide scientific data for prevention and control of nosocomial infection.METHODS The method of bed-side examination and medical records checking were undertaken to investigate the prevalence of NI in the inpatients on Oct 28,2008.RESULTS Analysis revealed that the prevalence of NI was 4.1% and the case prevalence rate was 4.6%,and the highest NI rate was found in the emergency ICU(25.0%).The respiratory ... |
