| 摘 要： | 目的:观察扶正抑瘤颗粒(FYK)对荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫功能的作用。方法:FYK灌服给予荷瘤小鼠(H22),观察生命延长率,检测红细胞天然免疫活性和红细胞膜CD35和CD44s数量。结果:FYK可使荷瘤小鼠生命延长率增加,红细胞天然免疫活性得到改善,CD35和CD44s数量增加。结论:FYK有一定的红细胞免疫调节作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the erythrocyte immunoregulation effects of Fuzheng Yiliu Granula on mice burdened transplanted tumor.Methods:Mice burdened transplanted tumor were given Fuzheng Yiliu Granula.Life prolongation rate was observed,erythrocyte immunologic function and the CD35 CD44s contents of red blood cell were evaluated.Results:Fuzheng Yiliu Granula could prolong mice's life expectancy,improve erythrocyte immunologic function,increase the CD35 and CD44s contents of red blood cell.Conclusion:Fuzheng Yiliu Granula have erythrocyte immunoregulation effects on mice burdened transplanted tumor. |
