基层医院开展腹腔镜胆囊切除205例临床体会

目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）的处理方法及手术安全性。方法：对205例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结。结果：全组205例，201例成功行LC，3例中转开腹，1例发生胆漏后转上级医再次结扎，全部治愈。结论：对于胆囊结石和胆囊息肉患者，只要方法得当，LC术仍是基层医院开展安全有效的手术方法。
