反流性食管炎患者的胃近端顺应性和感觉功能研究

目的 :探讨胃近端顺应性和感觉功能与反流性食管炎 (RE)发生的关系。方法 :采用自行设计的胃食管一体式导管 ,在不断增加胃近端压力时 ,同步测量 9例健康志愿者和 31例 RE患者的胃近端顺应性和感觉功能。结果和结论 :RE组胃近端感觉阈值显著低于正常组。 RE组及正常组的最小感觉阈值、较强感觉阈值、最大耐受阈值 (m l)分别为 :190± 12 3、316± 130(P <0 .0 5 ) ;2 5 0± 10 7、45 1± 95 (P<0 .0 1) ;314± 92、480± 75 (P <0 .0 1)。 RE组胃近端顺应性较正常组高 (4 18.92对35 9.6 5 ml/ k Pa) ,但无统计学差别。推测这些可能与 RE的某些症状有关。

Gastric proximal end compliance and sense function in reflux esophagitis patients

Objective：To study the relation between gastric proximal endcompliance, gastric proximal end sense function and reflux esophagitis (RE). Methods：With gastric-esophagus manometric catheter designed by ourselves, the gastric proximal end compliance and gastric proximal end sense threshold of 9 healthy volunteers and 31 RE patients were measured when gastric proximal end pressure increasing. Results and Conclusion：The gastric proximal end sense threshold (least,relatively strong and largest)(ml)in RE group and health group were 190±123，316±130（P<0.05）；250±107，451±95（P<0.01）；314±92,480±75（P<0.01）,respectively.They were significantly lower than those in health group.Gastric proximal end compliance in RE group was higher than that in health group(418.92 vs 359.65 ml/ kPa). These may be associated with some symptoms of RE.
