| Abstract: | The health reform has not only brought opportunities to military hospitals but also put forward higher requirements. According to the analysis of health reform policy in Shanghai, some measures were taken in the hospital as strengthen the information construction and personnel training system, expand the patient group, and cooperate with local health institutes. |
