| 摘 要： | 医师职业精神的培育路径是多维度的：深化医疗卫生服务体制改革,回归公立医院的公益性,最大化的追求公民的健康权益,从制度上保障医师职业精神的构建。加强医院管理伦理建设,树立医师道德标准,改革绩效管理体制,强化冲突管理,调节医患关系,引领医师的职业精神构建;强化继续医学教育,促进医师自律,不间断的对医师进行职业精神培育。

| Abstract: | The path of the cultivation of physieian＇s professionalism is multi - dimensional ： deepening the reform of medical and health sys- tem, returning to public welfare, seeking the maximum of citizen＇s health rights and interests, building physician~ professionalism from institutional perspective, strengthening the construction of hospital management ethics, establishing the moral standards, reforming the performance manage- ment system, strengthening the conflict management, adjusting the doctor- patient relationship, leading the physician professionalism construc- tion, enhancing continuous medical education, promoting the self- discipline, and continuously cultivating physicians for professionalism. |
