我国社会办医院的发展现状及对策

通过分析比较2007-2011年社会办医院和公立医院在资源总量与结构、医疗服务能力、经济运行情况3方面的差异,探讨社会办医院发展过程中出现的规模小、人力资源结构不合理、市场占有率低、未得到政府充分扶持等问题。建议政府加大投入,完善政策制度;变革社会办医的发展模式,加强自身建设;卫生行政部门加强监管,建立严格的退出机制。

Discussion of the Developing Status and Strategies of Private Care in China

By comparatively analyzing the differences of hospital resources and structure, medical service ability, economic operation be- tween private care and public hospitals form 2007 to 2011. And discuss issues during development process ：small scale, unreasonable structure of human resources, low market share and does not get fully support the government, etc. Based on analyzing reasons for these changes, suggestions were put forward, such as increasing input form the government, perfecting the policy system ; reforming the development model of private care to strengthen the construction of hospital; to strengthen supervision by the health administrative department, and establish strict exit mechanism.
