心理干预联合黛力新治疗非糜烂性反流病伴精神心理障碍的临床研究

目的观察心理干预联合黛力新治疗非糜烂性反流病(NERD)合并精神心理障碍患者的临床治疗效果。方法采用胃食管反流病问卷(Gerd Q)、综合医院焦虑/抑郁情绪测定量表(HAD)调查84例NERD患者,并将其随机分为干预组、对照组,干预组予以心理干预、黛力新、雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗,对照组予以雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗。结果干预组与对照组患者治疗后Gerd Q症状评分及HAD评分结果差异均有显著统计学意义(P0.01),干预组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P0.01)。结论心理干预联合黛力新治疗NERD合并精神心理障碍患者能够显著提高治疗效果,降低复发率。

Clinical efficacy of psychological intervention with deanxit in the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease with abnormal psychology

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of psychological intervention with deanxit in the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease （NERD） with abnormal psychology.Methods Eighty-four patients with NERD were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The gastroesophageal reflux disease question （Gerd Q） and hospital anxiety and depression scale （HAD） were used respectively to evaluate patients with NERD.The intervention group accepted psychological intervention,deanxit and rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets,the control group received rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets.Results There were significant differences between intervention group and control group in Gerd Q scores and HAD scores after treatment （P ＜0.01）,and the total effective rate of intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group （P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion Psychological intervention with deanxit in the treatment of NERD with abnormal psychology can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the recurrence rate.
