龙血竭对组织工程皮肤修复皮肤缺损的作用

摘    要:[目的]观察龙血竭对组织工程皮肤修复皮肤缺损创面的促进作用.[方法]将人成纤维细胞种植入胶原海绵,人角质形成细胞种植在表层,构建组织工程皮肤,并移植入裸鼠皮肤缺损创面;实验动物随机分为4组,选用活血圣药龙血竭于移植后2 d分别进行创面外敷、单纯口服、创面外敷+口服治疗,并设空白对照组.组织工程皮肤移植后9 d取材检测,观察创面局部表皮厚度、真皮层中层粘连蛋白(Ln)、Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的表达及毛细血管增生情况.[结果]龙血竭能促进组织工程皮肤移植后表皮的发育及真皮层中毛细血管的增生,增强Ln、Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的分泌,龙血竭外敷+口服组效果最佳.[结论]龙血竭对组织工程皮肤修复皮肤创面有促进作用.
