| 摘 要： | 1979年1月至1995年5月,收治纵隔肿瘤及囊肿57例,手术治疗55例。病理证实,神经原性肿瘤20例,畸胎类肿瘤12例,胸腺肿瘤12例,胸内甲状腺肿瘤4例,淋巴管肿瘤3例,纵隔囊肿3例,其他3例。文中提出纵隔肿瘤检查的基本方法和步骤,认为纵隔肿瘤,一旦诊断明确,大多需要及早手术治疗,本组手术切除率91.2％,死亡率3.8％。本文讨论了手术并发症和死亡原因,随访部分病例,效果满意。

| Abstract: | From January 1979 to may 1995,57 cases ot mediastmoma and mediastmic cyst had been treated,including 55 operations.To be verified by pathology,20 cases are neu-rogenoma,15 cases are teratoma and cyst,12 cases are thymoma,4 cases are thyroidoma,3 cases are lymphaogioma,3 cases are others.This thesis points out a basic method to examine and diagnose mediastinoma.And it makes a systematic exposition that once the illness has been diagnosed as mediastinoma,most of them must be operated as soon as possible.In this group of operations,the rate of resectabillty is 91.2% and the rate of death is 3.8%.The thesis also discusses complication of operations and reasons of death.Some of cases were followed up to be investigated.The result is satisfactory. |
