高职药学专业的人才培养模式

“十一五”期间是我国职业教育发展的重要战略机遇期，大力发展职业教育，培养和造就大批高素质产业大军，推动经济社会又好又快发展，是现阶段高职院校的使命。作为天津市高职高专教育专业教学试点专业，就天津医学高等专科学校药学专业“专业平台＋职业方向”人才培养模式的实践进行研究。这一创新的人才培养模式的实施，推进了专业课程建设，强化了学生的职业素质。

On the New Model of Pharmacy Vocational Education in the Colleges

The 11 th- five-year plan offers a significant opportunity to improve the standard of vocational education in our country. Because of the requirements of development of social economy, the high level vocational education should aim at educating students to become the talents with excellent practical techniques. As an attempt in Tianjin, research and practice on the education mode of pharmacy major has been studied in Tianjin Medical College. A skill-based education mode has been established through emphasis on the integration of solid academic knowledge and intensive practical training, which focuses on improving students＇ ability indeed. With the refined curriculum system, the students in this program become more competitive with professional abilities.
