| 摘 要： | 目的分析白蛋白含量与病毒毒力滴度高低的相关程度。方法常规消化、种毒的Vero细胞,分析培养于白蛋白含量为0.4%和0.2%的维持液中,多次收液、合并后测定其病毒毒力。结果蛋白含量0.4%组多次收液的毒力滴度平均为6.72LogLD50,蛋白含量0.2%组多次收液的毒力滴度平均为5.99LogLD50。白蛋白0.4%组的毒力滴度高于0.2%组0.5LogLD50~1.06LogLD50(F=31.33>F(0.05)10.13,P<0.05);3次单收液区组间的毒力滴度亦有差别(F=15.93>F(0.05)9.28,P<0.05)。结论适度提高白蛋白的浓度,可显著提高毒力滴度。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the associations of the albumin with the toxicity titer.Methods Vero cells were digested,poisoned and cultured in the albumin content of 0.4% and 0.2% maintenance fluids.Determines its toxicity titer to the merge fluids of the different times.Results The protein content 0.4% group toxiciy titer was 6.72LogLD_(50),the protein content 0.2% group was(5.99)LogLD_(50),The toxicity titer of the 0.4% groups was higher than 0.2% group 0.5 LogLD_(50)~(1.06)LogLD_(50)(F=31.33>F_((0.05))10.13,P<0.05);The block-group toxicity titer of the 3 times fluids also had difference(F=15.93>F_((0.05)) 9.28,P<0.05).Conclusion Moderately increasing albumin concentration could improve toxicity titer. |
