| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年外伤性基底节区损伤患者的发病机制和临床特点。方法分析我院1995至2006年老年外伤性基底节区损伤患者32例。结果老年患者中,外伤性基底节区缺血发生率高于外伤性基底节区出血,并且外伤性基底节区缺血常并发出血损害。结论根据老年外伤性基底节区损害的特点,选择有效的治疗,能改善患者的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate pathophysiologic mechanism and clinical characterize of aged patients with traumatic basal ganglia injury. Methods To analysis 32 case of aged patients with traumatic basal ganglia injury from 1995 to 2006. Results The ratio of traumatic basal ganglia ischemia is higher than it of traumatic basal ganglia hemorrhage and traumatic basal ganglia ischemia occurred with traumatic basal ganglia hemorrhage. Conclusion Based on the clinical characteristic of aged patients with traumatic basal ganglia injury. To choose effective treatment can improve aged patients prognosis. |
