缺锌和补锌对大鼠血清锌、铜及血脂水平影响的研究

健康雄性Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠４５只，先进行２５天锌缺乏实验，继之２１只大鼠再进行１５天锌补充实验。结果显示，缺锌可致大鼠血清总胆固醇（ＴＣ）及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＬＤＬ－Ｃ）含量增高，而血清锌（Ｚｎ）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）及其亚组分ＨＤＬ２－Ｃ含量明显下降，并且血清Ｚｎ含量与上述各指标均呈很好的剂量反应关系。适量补锌（１２ｍｇ／ｋｇ和３０ｍｇ／ｋｇ）均可使大鼠的各项指标完全恢复，而大剂量补锌（２５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ）则使ＨＤＬ－Ｃ及ＨＤＬ２－Ｃ有延迟恢复的趋向。血清铜（Ｃｕ）含量始终无明显改变。提示，膳食锌含量缺乏可致血脂代谢紊乱，而大剂量补锌又可使血脂恢复延迟，因此，膳食中Ｚｎ含量应有适当的剂量范围。

EFFECTS OF ZINC DEFICIENCY AND SUPPLEMENT ON THE LEVELS OF SERUM ZINC,COPPER AND LIPIDS IN RATS

he effects of zinc status on the levels of sertim Zn,Cu and lipids werestudied in adult male rats.TheresuIts showed that the levels of serum Zn,HDL-C and HDL-2C of Zn-deficient rats were markedly lower than that ofthe pair-feeding and ad libitum fed cotitrol rats,while the levels of TC andLDL-C increased obviously,and a significaiitly positive correlation wasfound between serum Zn and the parameters mentioned above,The supple-ment of 12 or 30mg/kg Zn in the diet had a satisfactory effect on the reco-very of all parameters in serum,but the supplement of 250mg/kg Zn mightdelay the recovery of serum HDL-C and HDL2-C。The level of serum Cuwas unaffected throughout the experiment,These results suggested that Zndeficiency could lead to metabolic disorder of serum lipid5,while the sup-plement of overdosed Zn could delay the recovery of serum HDL-C andHDL2-C,Proper content of Zn in the diet was therefore essential。
