维生素E对创伤小鼠细胞免疫功能及感染后死亡率的影响

摘    要:本研究测定了闭合性创伤小鼠血清中维生素E含量、细胞免疫功能的变化,并观察维生素E对创伤小鼠细胞免疫功能及感染后死亡率的影响。结果显示,创伤小鼠血清中维生素E含量降低,‘这一变化同创伤小鼠受抑的迟发型超敏反应,降低的脾脏指数、胸腺指数,减弱的T淋巴细胞转化,受抑的白介素2生成及白介素2受体的表达均密切相关。维生素E体内应用可明显恢复创伤后细胞免疫功能的受抑状态,减弱创伤小鼠血清、巨噬细胞及Ts细胞的抑制活性,并降低创伤小鼠经盲肠结扎穿刺感染后的死亡率。表明创伤后维生素E含量降低是导致细胞免疫功能受抑的重要原因之一。维生素E体内应用可通过提高创伤后的细胞免疫功能进而增强对感染的抵抗力。

Abstract:hanges of serum vitamin E(VE)content and cellular immune func-tions after closed trauma in mice were investigate,and effect of VE oncellular immune functions and mortantv after infection in traumatized micewere observed. The results showed that serum VE content in traumatizedmice was reduced.This cliange was closely related to suppressed delayed-type hypersensitivity response,reduced spleen index and thymus index,diminished T lymphocytes transformation,depressed interleukin 2 produc-tion and interleukin 2 receptor expression after trauma. Administration ofVE could restore obviously suppressed cellular immune functions after trau-ma,lessen suppressive activities of serum,macrophages and Ts cells,andreduce mortality of traumatized mice after infection via cecal ligation andpuncture. These results suggested that the decrease of VE content was oneof the important causes in suppressed cellular immune functions after trau-ma. In vivo administration of VE could enhance the resistance to infec-tion through elevating cellular immune functions.
