| 摘 要： | 目的 研究复方天麻胶囊中天麻素的定量分析方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱 :Shim-Pack ODS(15 0 m m× 6 .0 mm) ;流动相 :甲醇 - 1%冰醋酸溶液 (3∶ 97) ,检测波长 :2 70 nm。结果 天麻素含量测定的线性范围为 0 .4 985 μg/m l～ 2 .991μg/m l,r=0 .99997,n=6 ,平均加样回收率为 96 .6 2 ,RSD=1.2 0。结论 本方法简便、准确、灵敏 ,可用于复方天麻胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine gastrodin in Compound Tianma Capsule by HPLC. Methods HPLC analysis was carried out with C l8 column and methanol 1% acetic acid glacial(3∶97)as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results The linear range was 0.498 5～2.991 μg( r=0.999 97 ,n=6). The average recovery was 96.62 %, RSD was 1.20%. Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and sensitive. It can be used in quality control of Compound Tianma Capsule. |
