新鲜马铃薯外敷治疗药物外渗性损伤的效果观察

目的探讨新鲜马铃薯外敷治疗药物外渗性损伤的疗效。方法随机选择静脉输液中药物外渗病人122例,分成观察组62例和对照组60例,分别使用新鲜马铃薯薄片外敷和50%硫酸镁湿敷,比较2种方法治疗药物渗出性损伤的疗效。结果同一类药物渗出,观察组的疗效优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论新鲜马铃薯外敷治疗药物外渗性损伤疗效显著,其消肿被祛瘀、止痛效果好,且无刺激性,病人感觉舒适,取材方便,经济实用。

Observation on the effect of external application of fresh potato in the treatment of drug extravasation injury

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of external application of fresh potato in the treatment of drug extravasation injury. Methods 122 drug extravasation patients during the intravenous infusion were randomly divided into the observation group (n=62) and the control group (n=60). The observation group received the external application of thin pieces of fresh potato, and the control group received the wet application of 50% magnesium sulfate. The therapeutic effects of the two methods in the treatment of drug extravasation injury were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of exudation of the same drug in the observation group was superior to that in the control group, and there was a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions The therapeutic effect of external application of fresh potato in the treatment of extravasation injury caused by the drugs is remarkable. External application of fresh potato has a good effect of detumescence, dispersion of bruise, and acesodyne, and has no thrill, so the patients will feel comfortable. In addition, this method is convenient in terms of getting materials, and is economic and practical.
