| 摘 要： | 目的 为了保证安全输血，我们采取了一系列安全、有效的措施。方法 执行wHO输血合作中心提出的三大战略，即：从低危险度的献血者采血；严格筛选检测血液；临床合理用血。结果执行WHO的三大战略后，向临床供血150000人份，未发生l例纠纷及输血传染性疾病。结论 保证安全输血是预防医院感染的重要措施。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To guarantee the safety of blood transfusion, a series of safe effective measures were adopted. METHODS The three stratagies which have been raised by the Cooperating Center of Transfusion of WHO were carried out. These are: collecting blood from the lower risk donor; screening samples of the blood strictly and used blood in clinic reasonally. RESULTS Among 250 000 individual units of blood transfusion, there is no dissension and infectious disease caused by transfusion. CONCLUSIONS Guaranteeing the safety of blood transfusion is the important measure to prevent nosocomial infection. |
