慢性间歇性缺氧对高脂饮食导致的动脉粥样硬化的影响

摘    要:目的:在慢性间歇缺氧的条件下,用高脂饮食方法建立兔的动脉粥样硬化模型,探讨相关致病机制。方法:24只新西兰兔.随机分为对照组、缺氧组、高脂饮食组、高脂饮食合并缺氧组,每组6只。观察各组兔第0周、第6周、第10周外周血血脂指标和C反应蛋白变化;实验第10周取各组兔主动脉光镜下观察病理学变化。结果:各实验组第6周时的血脂学指标与实验开始时比较均显著升高(P〈0.05)。与对照组比较总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均有显著性差异(均P〈0.05)。实验第6周。缺氧组、缺氧并高脂饮食组与对照组比较C反应蛋白显著升高(均P〈0.05)。组织病理学观察发现,各实验组动物的主动脉管壁均有不同程度动脉粥样硬化病变形成.严重程度比较,缺氧并高脂饮食组〉高脂饮食组〉缺氧组。结论:单纯慢性缺氧10周可使兔动脉产生动脉粥样硬化的早期病变:慢性间歇缺氧合并高脂饮食10周时可使兔主动脉形成动脉粥样硬化斑块。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the rabbit arteriosclerosis mold caused by high-adiposed diet under the condition of chronic intermittent hypoxia, and probe into the corrè1ative mechanism.Methods:Twenty-four New Zealand rabbits were divided randomly into four equal groups,named the control group.the intermittent hypoxia group,the high adipose diet group and the hypoxia & high adipose diet group.To survey every rabbit's accurate quantity of triglyceride,cholesterol,low density lipoprotein and C reactive protein in the serum at the time of the first week and the sixth week during the trial. And to observe the pathological changes in their aorta at the tenth week.Results:Comparison inside each group:in the sixth week of the trial,except the control group,the other three groups each got visible changes in blood adipose compared with that in their first week (all P〈0.05).Comparison within the groups:In the sixth week of the trial, compared with the control group,cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the other three groups had remarkable difference (all P〈0.05).We found that the C reactive protein of the intermittent hypoxia group and the hypoxia & high adipose diet group were remarkable higher than that of the control group in the sixth week(all P〈0.05).Observation in pathology intimates that, except the eontrol group ,the aortas of the other groups have varying degree atherosclerosis pathological changes to form. It was the hardest in the hypoxia & high adipose diet group and lightest in the intermittent hypoxia group.Conclusion:The early morbidity of arteriosclerosis will be found in the rabbit aorta under the condition of simple chronic hypoxia for 10 weeks.The arteriosclerosis will be found in the rabbit aorta under the condition of chronic intermittent hypoxia & high-adiposed diet for 10 weeks.
