| 摘 要： | 拟/抗激素样作用是很多中药疗效的机制基础,以往的研究中大多关注了植物的拟雌激素样作用,而对中药的雄激素样作用研究较少。对具有拟/抗雄激素样作用的中药及其方剂在临床上的应用情况以及药物的雄激素样作用筛选方法(肾阳虚模型,Hershberger法,体外细胞模型)进行概述。

| Abstract: | The anti-hormone-like effect is the basis of the mechanism of many Chinese medicine. Most of the previous studies have focused on the estrogen-like effects of plants, but less on the androgen-like effects of traditional Chinese medicine. To summarizes the clinical application of Chinese medicine and their prescriptions with anti-androgen-like effects and the screening methods of androgen-like effects of drugs(Kidney yang deficiency model, Hershberger method, in vitro cell model). |
