钛合金对牙龈成纤维细胞生物学行为的影响

摘    要:目的检测Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr低模量合金的组织相容性。方法用浸浴Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr合金后的细胞培养液培养大鼠牙龈成纤维细胞,噻唑蓝染色法(MTT)观察细胞生长率;将生长良好的大鼠牙龈成纤维细胞分别接种在Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr合金和纯钛表面,丫啶橙染色后荧光显微镜下计数贴壁细胞数目及细胞在金属表面附着情况。结果MTT法显示Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr合金对大鼠牙龈成纤维细胞无不良影响;细胞粘附生长实验显示,Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr合金与纯钛对大鼠牙龈成纤维细胞初期粘附和增殖的影响没有差异。结论Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr合金具有优良的组织相容性。

Abstract:Objective:To study histocompatibility of low modulus Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr biomedical alloy for implantation. Methods:Rat gingival fibroblasts were cultured. The cells of passage 4~9 were cultured in Ti-29Nb-13Ta- 4.6 Zr alloy extraction and the cell growth was examined by MTT assay. The cells were seeded on the surface of Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr alloy and pure titanium plate. The cells attached to the metal surface were counted respectively and the morphology of the cells was observed by fluorescence microscope after acridine orange stain.Results:MTT assay indicated that Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr alloy did not effect the prdiferation of rat gingival fibroblasts(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in cell adherence, proliferation and morphology between Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr alloy culture and pure titanium surface culture(P>0.05). Conclusion:Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr alloy is histocompatible.
