针刺推拿与功能锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的观察针刺推拿与功能锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将916例患者随机分为两组,治疗组482例采用针刺推拿加功能锻炼治疗,对照组434例采用针刺推拿,比较两组疗效及复发率。结果治疗组总有效率为91.9%,对照组总有效率为79.0%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组复发率为23.8%,对照组复发率为56.8%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针刺推拿与功能锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症总有效率高于针刺推拿治疗,且复发率也低于后者。

Observations on the Efficacy of Combined Acupuncture, Massotherapy and Functional Training in Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective To investigate the efficacy of combined acupuncture,massotherapy and functional training in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Nine hundred and sixteen patients were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group of 482 patients received acupuncture,massotherapy and functional training and the control group of 434 patients,acupuncture and massotherapy. The therapeutic effects and the recurrence rates were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficacy rate was 91.9% in the treatment group and 79.0% in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P0.05）. The recurrence rate was 23.8% in the treatment group and 56.8% in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P0.05）. Conclusion Combined acupuncture,massoth-erapy and functional training has a higher total efficacy rate than combined acupuncture and massotherapy in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and the recurrence rate is lower in the former than in the latter.
