| 摘 要： | 目的观察对比经肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)配合逍遥散化裁较单用TACE对晚期肝癌的疗效。方法将41例确诊的晚期肝癌随机分为TACE加中药组(A组)和单用TACE组(B组),取两组的症状改善率、总缓解率、肝功能稳定(转氨酶和胆红素正常)率及1年生存率进行比较。结果A组的症状改善率、肝功能稳定率及1年生存率优于B组。结论TACE配合逍遥散化裁可用于晚期肝癌的姑息治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To campared the efficacy between Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization (TACE) plus Chinese medicion and single Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization in the treatment of advanced primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC) patients. Methods 41 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups. One group applied TACE plus Chinese medicion and control group adopted TACE alone. The overall response rate, the symptomatic improvement rate and the hepatic sufficiency steadiness rate (normol of Transaminase and Bilirubin) and 1-year sunival rate were compared by treatment. Results The effect of TACE plue Chinese medicion was better than that of TACE alone. Conclusions TACE plus xiaoyaosan for advanced PHC shows a good curative effect. It deserves further clinical appliction. |
