摘    要:放射诊断学技术的发展日新月异,在医疗服务体系中占有越来越重要的地位,同时也对放射诊断学的教学工作提出了更高的要求。如何使医学生在有限的学时内真正掌握各种放射诊断学的基本知识,学会正确运用各种放射诊断学的检查手段来解决临床问题,是放射诊断学教师面临的挑战。本文探讨了提高放射诊断学教学质量的一些方法,包括精选理论授课内容,注重影像分析方法的讲授,强调影像、临床、病理三结合以及x线、CT、MRI三结合,加强医学影像观察分析的实践,鼓励学生课后自学,加强师生教学互动,发挥学生主观能动性等。

Abstract:Diagnostic radiology is becoming more and more important in medical service system with the rapid development of its imaging techniques. However, this also makes higher demands on the teaching of diagnostic radiology. The challenge that the teachers of diagnostic radiology is facing is that how to make medical students truly grasp fundamental knowledge of diagnostic radiology and learn to use its various ima- ging techniques to solve clinical problems within limited time. In this article, based on our own teaching experience, we put forward several methods to improve the teaching quality of diagnostic radiology, inclu- ding carefully choosing the content of classroom instruction, paying attention to the learning of analytical method of radiological imaging, emphasizing the combination of radiology, pathology and clinical features as well as the combination of X-ray, CT and MRI findings in the analysis of radiological imaging, strengthe- ning the practice of radiological image reading, encouraging self learning of students after class, strengthe- ning interaction between teacher and students, and bringing the subjective initiative of students into full play.
