| 摘 要： | 目的 建立最佳的连钱草脂溶性提取物提取工艺.方法 设计合理的提取工艺流程对连钱草进行提取.采用UV法测定提取物中甾醇的含量.采用综合水平的正交表,以脂溶性提取物、甾醇含量和出膏率的综合评分为指标,对实验结果进行极差和方差分析.结果 连钱草的最佳提取条件为95%乙醇、6倍量、提取2次,每次提取1 h.结论 通过对实验结果的极差、方差分析,确定了适宜于工业生产的最佳提取工艺.

| Abstract: | Aim To work out the optimal lipid soluble extraction technique for the Glechomae longituba.Methods A reasonable extraction technological process of extract was designed.UV method was adopted to quantitatively determine the sterol in the extraction.The method of orthogonal trial was employed with mixed levels and composite index and theprocessing was detected with range analysis and variance analysis.Results The optimal extraction technique for glechoma:using 95% alcohol,6 times of herbal medicine's weight to extract the herb for two times and one hour per time.Conclusion The optimal technique applicable to industrial production was obtained. |
