| 摘 要： | 目的：观察切开复位内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法：2005年6月至2009年4月,采用切开复位跟骨钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折20例24足,并根据Kerr评分系统评价疗效。结果：本组20例患者均获得随访,随访28～72周,平均38周。4足切口边缘坏死,积极换药处理后自愈。所有骨折均愈合。85%达到优良标准,钢板螺钉无松动、断裂。结论：切开复位跟骨钢板内固定是治疗跟骨关节内骨折的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation for intra-artic-ular calcaneus fractures.Methods：From June 2005 to April 2009,20 patients（24 feet） were treated by open reduction and internal fixation.The results were assessed according to Kerr＇s scoring system.Results：All pa-tients were followed up for an average of 38 weeks（28~72 weeks）.All factures were cured 4 feet developed surgical wound edge necrosis,howerer,healed after dressing changes.The excellent rate was 85%.There was no plate and screw broken or loosen.Conclusion：Open reduction and plate fixation is an effective method for treatment of intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus. |
