摘    要:4D Flow MRI技术是一种新型相位对比MR技术,可同时对三个相互垂直的维度进行相位编码,多方向采集血流数据,从而获得复杂的三维动力学参数。与2D相位对比MRI以及传统的多普勒超声心动图等技术相比,4D Flow MRI技术准确率更高、成像更全面,同时其也有一定的缺点,如扫描时间长、噪声大等,也是今后需解决的关键技术问题。目前4D Flow MRI主要应用于颅内血管病变成像以及心脏MR方面,同时其对主动脉疾病等方面的应用也有一定的前景。本文旨在对4D Flow MRI技术的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:4D Flow MRI is a new phase contrast MR technique, which can spatially encode velocity in three-direction, collect multi-directional blood flow data, and result in complex three-dimensional dynamic parameters. 4D Flow MRI is more accurate and comprehensive than 2D phase contrast MRI and Doppler echocardiography. However, 4D Flow MRI have some disadvantages, such as long scanning time, noise, etc., which are the future key technical issues to be addressed. 4D Flow MRI technology has a great potential in clinical applications, such as intracranial vascular diseases, cardiac magnetic resonance imaging, and other aspects of aortic diseases. Research advances in clinical application of 4D Flow MRI were reviewed in this paper.
