Abstract:Mice subjected to repeated stressful experiences showed an increase in stereotypic climbing behavior induced by apomorphine thus suggesting a modified sensitivity of dopaminergic receptors. Naltrexone, injected before each stressful experience, reversed this effect of chronic stress indicating an involvement of endogenous opioids.
