前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果观察

目的 :观察静脉推注前列地尔对糖尿病周围神经病变 (DPN)的疗效。方法 :选择糖尿病周围神经病变者5 7例 ,年龄 34～ 71岁 ,男 32例 ,女 2 5例 ,DPN病史 3月～ 15年。治疗时均先控制血糖 ,再给予静脉推注前列地尔 10 μg ,每日 1次 ,14d为一疗程 ,连用两个疗程 ,治疗前及第二疗程结束时分别测定DPN患者的正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经、腓浅神经、胫神经的运动传导速度 (MCV)和感觉传导速度 (SCV) ,记录麻木、疼痛、感觉异常、腱反射减弱等症状的改善情况。结果 :和治疗前比较 ,正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经、腓浅神经、胫神经的运动传导速度和感觉传导速度治疗后明显提高 ,有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,症状明显改善。结论 :静脉推注前列地尔治疗DPN ,疗效显著。

THE CLINICAL EFFECT OF PROSTAGLANDIN E1 ON TREATMENT OF DIABETIC PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY

Objective:To test the clinical effect of Prostaglandin E1 with intravenous infusion in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods:57 patients with DPN were treated with intravenous infusion of 10 ug Lipo PGE1 perday for 2 clinical stages (1 stage lasted 14 days) after having bccn controlled blood sugar. Before and after treatment, measured the motor conduction velocity (MCV)and the sensory conduction velocitv (SCV) of patients' median nerve, ulnar nerve, common peroneal nerve, superfilial peroneal nerve, tibial nerve, respectively. Investigated improvement of symptoms such as anesthesia, pain, paraeshlesia and knee reflex weaken.Results:MCV and SCV of above mentioned after treatment were more higher than before treatment, respectively( P <0.05 or 0.01 ), and above symptoms got obviously improved.Conclusions:The clinical effect of PGE1 on treating DPN was obvious.
