| 摘 要： | 目的观察透刺温针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机单盲法,将300例膝骨关节炎患者分为治疗组（透刺温针灸组）150例和对照组（透刺不温针灸组）150例,进行比较研究。结果治疗组总有效率为94.0%,对照组总有效率为86.0%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论透刺温针灸治疗膝骨关节炎总有效率优于透刺不温针灸。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of point-through-point acupuncture and moxibustion in treating genual osteoarthritis. Methods Three hundred patients with genual osteoartlu-itis were randomly allocated, by a randomized single-blind method, to a treatment （point-through-point acupuncture and moxibustion） group of 150 cases and a control （point-through-point acupuncture） group of 150 cases for a comparative study. Results The total efficacy rate was 94.0% in the treatment group and 86.0% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The total efficacy rate of point-through-point acupuncture and moxibustion for genual osteoarthritis is higher than that of point-through-point acupuncture. |
