实验性种植体周围炎各时期龈沟液量变化的研究

摘    要:目的:研究实验性种植体周围炎龈沟液(PISF)和种植体周围组织健康状态的关系。方法:通过丝线结扎法建立犬的种植体周围炎模型,以基台连接术为基线(作自身对照)0,在结扎后3、6、9周时检测种植体36个位点的龈沟液量和种植体周围组织各项临床病理指标变化,并对检测结果进行分析。结果:①种植体周龈沟液量(PISF)、菌斑指数(PLI)、改良龈沟出血指数(mBI)及探诊深度(PPD)等临床指标在结扎后3、6、9周时,均大于自身对照组,有显著性差异(P〈0.05),第6周时单纯黏膜炎无骨吸收和伴骨吸收位点之间的PISF和各项临床指标无显著性差异(P〉0.05);②种植体组龈沟液量同各项临床指标之间都有显著的正相关关系。结论:种植体周龈沟液量可以在一定程度上反映种植体周围软组织的健康状态,有可能作为评价种植体周围软组织炎症状况的一项参考指标,但并不一定能反映骨组织状况。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the quantitative variations of peri-implant suleular fluid(PISF)and their relationship to the health conditions surrounding the implants.Methods:Peri-implantitis was induced by ligature placement in 3 beagle dogs(18 Branemark implants).The volume level of PISF and clinical parameters including PLI、PD and mBI were record.Bone resorption levels were examined by radiography.Results:The volume level of PISF and clinical parameters were higher in induced peri-implantitis sites at 3.6.9 weeks compared with the self controls(P<0.05).At 6 weeks.PISF level in sites which with bone loss were not significantly different from which without bone loss(P>0.05).The volume level of PISF showed positive correlation with PLI.PD and mBI.Conclusion:It is assumed that the volume levels of PISF might reflect the inflammatory process surrounding the implants to a certain degree.
