阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效分析

目的观察阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛（UA）的疗效。方法将70例确诊为UA的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组35例,给予常规治疗（硝酸酯类、β-受体阻滞剂或钙离子拮抗剂、抗凝剂及抗血小板药物）;治疗组35例,在常规治疗的基础上加用阿托伐他汀和曲美他嗪。观察患者心绞痛的临床症状、心电图变化、硝酸甘油停减情况及血脂变化,并观察药物的不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组临床疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,改善心绞痛患者的缺血心电图（P〈0.05）,减少硝酸酯类与降低血脂差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切。

The Treatment Effects of Atorvastatin and Trimetazidine On Unstable Angina

Objective To study the treatment effects of Atorvastatin and Trimetazidine on unstable angina. Methods 70 patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. 35 patients were provided with standard therapy （Nitrate,t-Receptor Blockades or Calcium Channel Blockades, Anticoagulants and Anti Platelet ac- tivation drugs） in the control group. 35 patients were provided with standard therapy combined with Atorvastatin and Trimetazidine in the treatment group,then we observed the clinical symptoms, ECG, using of Nitrate Glycerin, lipid and the side effects of drugs. Results There was a remarkable difference of clinical effects between treatment group and control group（P~0.05）. The treatment group can improve isehemia ECG and Reduce nitrates and blood lipid. Conclusion Atorvastatin and trimetazidine on unstable angina had a good treatment effects.
