240 例神经外科术后患者颅内感染情况分析

目的了解某院神经外科术后患者颅内感染发生的情况、预防方法和治疗措施。方法抽查、统计、分析某院2011年7月至2012年6月神经外科手术患者240例，统计发生颅内感染者，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果某院神经内科术后颅内感染发生率为29．58％，高于国内相关报道。结论对于手术复杂、耗时长、易发生感染的患者，应积极采取综合预防措施，早发现、早治疗，制订有效的治疗方案，降低颅内感染发生率，提高治愈率。

Analysis of Intracranial Infection after Neurosurgical Operation on 240 Cases

Objective To understand the intracranial infection situation occurred in a hospital after neurosurgery patients and its preven- tive methods and treatment measures. Methods 240 cases of neurosurgical operation in a hospital from July 2011 to June 2012 were performed the spot eheck,statisticas and analysis for finding the cases of intracranial infection and their clinical data were retrospective- ly analyzed. Results The occurrence rate of intracranial infection after neurosurgurgical operation in a hospital was 29.58% ,which was higher than that in the domestic related reports. Conclusion For the patients with complicated and long time- consuming operation,and high susceptibility to infection,the comprehensive preventive measures should be adopted for early discovery and early treatment. The ef- fective therapeutical scheme should be formulated to reduce the occurrence rate of intracranial infection and improve the cure rate.
