摘    要:目的 研究光果翠雀的止血作用机制及安全性。方法 观察光果翠雀大鼠灌胃给药对凝血酶原时间(PT),部分凝血活酶活性时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)及纤维蛋白原含量(FIB)的影响。采用大白兔破损皮肤外用试验观察光果翠雀的皮肤刺激性及皮肤吸收毒性,采用小鼠口服观察光果翠雀口服的急性毒性。结果 小鼠口服光果翠雀能显著缩PT和APTT;光果翠雀破损皮肤外用未见明显的皮肤刺激性和吸收毒性,但口服毒性显著。结论 光果翠雀能明显缩短PT及APTT,外用安全,但口服具有显著的毒性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the hemostasis mechanism and safety of delphinium grandiflorum L var. leioearpum(DGVL). Methods The effects of intragastric administration of DGVL on prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time (APTY),thrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen concentration(FIB) in rat arterial blood were observed. The toxicity of DGVL absorbed by damaged rabbit skin and the acute toxicity in mice by oral administration were evaluated respectively. Results DGVL could shorten PT and APTT in rat arterial blood remarkably, and had no obvious effect on TT and FIB. The skin stimulation and the absorption toxicity were not shown in rabbit. Conclusion DGVL could shorten PT and APTT in rat arterial blood remarkably,its external use is safe.but its oral administration has significant toxicity.
