化学药物和腹腔镜保守手术治疗异位妊娠效果比较

目的比较异位妊娠患者采用化学药物与腹腔镜保守手术治疗的临床效果。方法将101例异位妊娠患者随机分为研究组51例与对照组50例，研究组采用腹腔镜保守手术治疗，对照组采用化学药物保守治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果研究组患者在住院天数、血人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）下降、术后并发症发生率、再次宫内妊娠率等方面优于对照组（P〈0．05），但两组患者在预防同侧再次异位妊娠方面无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论经腹腔镜保守手术治疗异位妊娠比化学药物保守治疗的疗效更确切，患者住院时间更短，并发症更少，再次宫内妊娠几率大，值得临床借鉴。

Comparison of Effect of Chemical Drugs and Laparoscopic Conservative Operation for Treating Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To compare the clinical effect of chemical drugs and laparoscopic conservative operation for treating ectopic preg- nancy. Methods 101 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into the study group （51 cases） and the control group （50 cases）. The study group were treated by laparoscopic conservative operation,while the control group by the conservative therapy of chemical drugs. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The study group was superior to the control group in the aspects of the hospitalization days, decrease of serum HCG, occurrence rate of postoperative complication and intrauterine repreg- nancy rate with statistical differences（P 〈 0.05）. But there was no statistical difference in the prevention of the ipsilateral ectopic repregnancy between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with the conservative therapy of chemical drugs, laparoscopic conservative operation in treating ectopic pregnancy has more definite effect, shorter hospital stay, much less complications and greater probability of intrauterine repregnancy,whieh is worthy of clinical reference.
