转化糖注射液联合舒氧宝对择期胃肠术后肺部感染及免疫功能的影响

目的探讨转化糖注射液联合舒氧宝对择期胃肠手术患者术后肺部感染及免疫功能的影响。方法选择2009年4月至2012年4月期间医院收治的择期胃肠手术患者72例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各36例。对照组使用普通湿化瓶，每天静脉滴注5％葡萄糖注射液500mL，共7d；治疗组使用舒氧宝，每天静脉滴注转化糖注射液500mL，共7d。结果治疗组患者术后肺部感染发生率为2．78％，明显低于对照组的19．44％（P〈0．05）；日均咳痰量（27．52±4．13）mL，明显多于对照组的（20．35±3．88）mL（P〈0．05）；平均住院时间为（20．38±2．76）d，明显短于对照组的（23．95±3．52）d（P〈0．05）；治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群CD3^＋，CD4^＋，CD4^＋／CD8^＋水平均较对照组显著增高（P〈0．05）。结论舒氧宝联合转化糖注射液使用，能有效提高胃肠道手术患者的免疫功能，缩短平均住院时间，降低术后肺部感染发生率。

Effects of Invert Sugar Injection Combined with Shuyangbao on Postoperative Pulmonary Infection and Immune Function in Patients with Selective Gastronintestinal Surgery

Objective To investigate the effects of Invert Sugar Injection and Shuyangbao on postoperative pulmonary infection and immune function in the patients with selective gastronintestal surgery. Methods 72 patients with selective gastronintestal surgery in our hospital from April 2009 to April 2012 were randomly divided into the therapy grou and the control group,36 cases in each group. The control group used the common humidified bottle and were intravenously infused with 5% Glucose Injection 500 mL once daily for 7 d;the therapy group was given Shuyangbaos and Invert Sugar Injection 500 mL by intravenous drip once daily for 7 d. Results The occurrence rate of pulmonary infection in the therapy group was 2. 78% , which was significantly lower than 19. 44% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）,the average daily expectoration amount in the therapy group was （27.52±4. 13）mL,which was significantly more than （20. 35 ± 3.88）mL in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,the average hospitalization days in the therapy group were （20. 38 ± 2.76） d, which were significantly shorter than （23.95 ±3.52） d in the control group（P 〈 0.05）;and the T lymphocyte subtypes of CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in the therapy group were significantly increased compared with the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Invert Sugar Injection combined with Shuyangbao can effectively increase the immune function,shorten average hospital stay and reduce the occurrence rate of postoperative pulmonary infection in the patients with selective gastronintestinal surgery.
