精益管理用于我院高危药品管理实践及体会

目的 探讨6S精益管理在医院高危药品管理中的应用和效果。方法 采用6S精益管理的理论和精益管理中的分类管理、标识管理、目视管理、制度化管理等方法,制订高危药品管理制度和目录。结果 通过应用6S精益管理方法,建立了医院高危药品分级管理目录和高危药品专人管理、专区或专柜存放和警示标识的张贴等管理制度,使医院高危药品的管理更加规范化、系统化和科学化。结论6S精益管理这一科学、先进的企业管理模式有效提高了医院对高危药品的安全管理水平,增加了工作人员对高危药品的安全防范意识,保障了患者的用药安全。6S精益管理在高危药品管理中是行之有效的方法,值得推广。

Practice and Experience of Lean Management Application in Management of High-Risk Drugs in Our Hospital

Objective To investigate the application and effect of the 6S lean management in the management of the high-risk drugs in our hospital. Methods The high- risk drug management system and directory were formulated by adopting the 6S lean management theory and methods of classification management, identification management, visual management and system management in the lean man- agement. Results Through the application of the 6S lean management method,the high-risk drug classification management directory and the management system of high- risk drugs special management, special area or counters for storage and warning signs posting up were established,which made the high risk drugs management in our hospital more standardization, more systematization and more scientization. Conclusion The 6S lean management as the scientific, advanced enterprise management mode effectively enhances the safety management level on the high-risk drugs,increases the staff＇s safety awareness on the high- risk drugs and ensures the medication safety of patients. The 6S lean management is an effective method in the management of the high- risk drugs and worthy of promotion.
