阿立哌唑治疗首发精神分裂症65例临床研究

目的：评价阿立哌唑治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效。方法将130例精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组（治疗组）和利培酮组（对照组），各65例。分别于治疗前及治疗8周后用阳性和阴性症状量表（ PANSS）评价疗效，不良反应量表（TESS）评价药品不良反应。结果治疗组有效率为92.31%、显著好转率为76.92%，对照组有效率为89.23%，显著好转率为70.77%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义；PANSS 阴性因子评分在第8周末治疗组显著低于对照组（ P ﹤0.05）；两组药品不良反应均较轻微，经对症处理大多能缓解，其中锥体外系反应、体重增加及泌乳、月经紊乱等发生率比较，治疗组明显低于对照组（ P ﹤0.05）。结论阿立哌唑短期治疗首发精神分裂症疗效良好，不良反应少。

Efficacy of Aripiprazole in Treating First Episode Schizophrenia in 65 Cases

Objective To evaluate the effect of aripiprazole in treating first episode schizophrenia. Methods A total of 130 patients diagnosed as first episode schizophrenia were randomly divided into the aripiprazole group （treatment group） and the risperidone group （control group）, 65 cases in each group. The clinical effect was assessed before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment with the positive and negative syndrome scale（PANSS） and the adverse reactions were assessed with the treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS）. Results The effective rate and the apparent effect rate in the treatment group were 92. 31% and 76. 92% respectively, while which in the control group were 89.23% and 70. 77% respectively, the differences between the two groups had no statistical significance. The scores of PANSS negative factors at the end of 8 weeks in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. The adverse reactions in the two groups were mild, the majority could be alleviated by the symptomatic treatment, in which the occurrence rates of the extrapyramidal system reactions, weight gain, lactation and menstrual disorder in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Aripidrazole has better effect and less adverse reactions in treating first episode schizophremia.
