摘    要:目的调查医院I类切口手术抗菌药物应用情况,并根据结果制订相应的干预方法。方法回顾性分析医院2012年1月至12月788份I类切口手术病历资料,对抗菌药物选用的种类、用法用量、疗程等进行分析和统计。结果788例手术中,预防性应用抗菌药物的使用率达95.94%,抗菌药物选用品种达二十多种,术后应用抗菌药物时间过长,存在不合理联合用药、无指征换药等情况。结论该院I类切口手术抗菌药物预防性使用率高,存在不合理应用现象,医院应加强管理,保证患者用药安全、有效、经济。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the use situation of antibacterial drugs in type I incision operation in our hospital for formulating the corresponding intervention methods based on the results. Methods The data of the medical records in 788 cases of type | incision operation in this hospital from January to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The varieties of antibacterial drugs,usage and dosage and treatment course were performed the statistical analysis. Results Among 788 operative cases,the use rate of preventive an- tibacterial drugs reached to 95.94% , the selected varieties of antibacterial drugs were up to over 20 varieties, the time of postoperative antibacterial drug use was too long, and the situations of the unreasonable combination therapy and the dressing change without indica- tion,etc, existed. Conclusion The use rate of preventive antibacterial drugs in type I incision operation in this hospital is high and the irrational use phenomena of antibacterial drugs exist. The hospital should strengthen the management to ensure the patients' medication safety, effectiveness and economy.
