异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合窄谱蓝/红光治疗痤疮的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

目的 评价异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合窄谱蓝/红光治疗痤疮的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取痤疮患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组外用异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗,治疗组采取联合窄谱蓝/红光治疗,对比疗效、起效时间、不良反应以及远期复发率。结果 治疗6周后,治疗组总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的53.33%（P〈0.05）。治疗过程中,治疗组起效时间为（3.8±1.5）周,明显早于对照组的（4.5±1.8）周（P〈0.05）。治疗后两组患者的生活质量得分均明显高于治疗前（P〈0.05）。治疗组患者口干、皮肤干燥以及皮肤瘙痒等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。痊愈后随访复发率,治疗组低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合窄谱蓝/红光治疗痤疮,可获得满意的临床效果,提高治愈率,降低不良反应发生率,改善患者长期生活质量,值得进一步推广。

Clinical Efficacy of Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel Combined with Narrow Spectrum Blue / Red Light for Treating Acne and Its Impact on Quality of Life of Patients

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel combined with narrow spectrum blue / red light for treating acne and its impact on the quality of life of patients. Methods 60 patients with ache were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was treated with Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel alone and the treatment group was given Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel combined with the narrow spectrum blue / red light therapy. The efficacy,effect onset time,adverse reactions and long- term recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate after 6-week treatment was 90. 00% in the treatment group and 53.33% in the control group,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. The effect onset time of the treatment group was earlier than that in the control group[（ 3.8 ± 1.5） weeks vs. （4.5 ±1.8） weeks, P 〈 0.05].The scores of patient＇s hfe quality after treatment in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The occurrence rates of adverse reactions such as dry mouth, dry skin and itchy skin in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The recovery relapse rate during follow-up in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel combined with narrow spectrum blue/red light for treating acne can obtain satisfactory clinical effect,improve the cure rate,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the long- term quality of life of patients and is worthy of further promotion and application.
