益阴消渴滴丸质量标准研究

摘    要:目的建立益阴消渴滴丸的定性鉴别和含量测定方法。方法用薄层色谱(TLC)法定性鉴别益阴消渴滴丸中的葛根、荔枝核;用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定葛根中葛根素的含量,色谱条件为迪马C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(25:75),检测波长为250nm柱温30℃。结果TLC色谱斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰;葛根素进样量在0.1738~1.7380μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.82%,RSD为0.37%。结论所建立的定性、定量分析方法可用于益阴消渴滴丸的质量控制。

Quality Standard of Yiyin Xiaoke Dropping Pills

Abstract:Objective To establish the methods of qualitative identification and content determination in Yiyin Xiaoke Dropping Pills. Methods The TLC method was used to qualitatively identify Radix puerariae and Semen litchi; and the content of puerarin was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic parameters was the Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),methanol-water(25:75) as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength of 250 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The developed TLC sports were clear with good separation and without negative interference;The linear range of puerarin were 0. 173 8- 1. 738 0μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 98.82%, RSD =0. 37%. Conclusion The established qualitative and quantitative analysis method is applicable for the quality control of Yiyin Xiauke Dropping Pills.
