甲氨蝶呤联合宫瘤消治疗异位妊娠 100 例

目的探讨甲氨蝶呤联合宫瘤消治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法选取2010年7月至2012年7月异位妊娠患者100例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各50例，分别给予常规治疗、甲氨蝶呤联合宫瘤消治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β—nCG）水平恢复正常时间及异位包块吸收天数。结果观察组临床治愈率为92．00％，明显高于对照组的76．00％（P〈0．05），血β—HCG定量恢复正常时间为（14．32±7．83）d，异位包块吸收时间为（23．48±4．53）d，均明显短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论联合使用甲氨蝶呤及官瘤消，可以有效提高异位妊娠治疗效果，缩短治疗时间。

Methotrexate Combined with Gongliuxiao for Treating 100 Cases of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of methotrexate combined with Gortgliuxiao for treating ectopic pregnancy. Methods 100 cases of extopic pregnancy in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2012 were selected as the research subjects and randomLy divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group. The two groups were given the conventional therapy and methotrexate combined with Gongliuxiao respectively. The clinical curative effects, time of blood β- HCG quantitative recov- ery to normal and the absorption days of ectopic mass were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical curative effect rate was 92% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 76. 00% in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）;the time of blood β- HCG quantitative recovery to normal was （14. 32±7.83） d,the absorption time of ectopic mass was （23.48 ±4.53） d in the observation group, which were significantly shorter than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The combined use of methotrexate and Gongliuxiao can effectively improve the efficacy of the ectopie pregnancy treatment and shorten the treatment time.
