珍菊降压片治疗高血压病134例

目的观察珍菊降压片治疗高血压病患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法将234例高血压病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组予以天麻钩藤饮（天麻、钩藤、黄芩、桑寄生等）治疗，治疗组使用珍菊降压片进行治疗，两组均连续治疗4周，测量两组患者治疗前后的血压情况，观察临床疗效并记录不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后两组患者的血压水平均下降，治疗组改善明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。两组患者的临床疗效（降压疗效和症候疗效）相比较，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。两组患者的不良反应发生率均较低（P〉0．05）。结论与天麻钩藤饮相比，珍菊降压片治疗高血压有较好疗效，不良反应少，且服用方便，值得临床推广。

Efficacy of Zhenjujiangya Tablets in Treating Hypertension in 134 Cases

Objective To inuestigate the clinical effect and safety of Zhenjujiangya tablets in treating hypertensive patients. Methods 234 patients in our hospital with hypertension were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was given the Tianma Gonteng decoction, while the treatment group was given the Zhenjujiangya tablets. The two groups were given 4 weeks of continuous treatment. After treatment, the changes of blood pressure after treatment,the clinical effect, and the adverse reactions were compared. Results After treatment, the blood pressure levels of patients in both groups were decreased, but the treatment group was better than the control group（P 〈0.01）.Compare the clinical effect（antihypertensive effect and symptom effect） , the treatment group was better than the control group（ P 〈 0. 01）. And the rates of the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups were low without no significant difference（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with Tianma Gouteng decoction, The clinical effect of Zhenjujiangya tablets in treating hypertensive patients is well and the adverse reactions were little, it is convenient for hypertensive patients to take, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
