摘    要:目的:探讨黄连素对2型糖尿病患者血清脂联素和超敏 C 反应蛋白( hs - CRP)水平的影响,为黄连素用于临床降糖提供依据。方法将64例2型糖尿病患者采用数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,各32例。对照组给予胰岛素治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予黄连素联合治疗,疗程均为24周。检测两组糖尿病患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血清脂联素(ADI)及 hs - CRP,并计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果治疗组患者 ISI、血清 ADI 较治疗前均显著升高( P ﹤0.01),血清 hs - CRP 水平较治疗前显著降低( P ﹤0.01);对照组患者 ISI、血清 ADI 及 hs - CRP 治疗前后无明显变化。结论黄连素可改善2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗,增加血清脂联素水平并降低血清 hs - CRP 水平。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of berberine on serum adiponectin and high - sensitive C - reactive protein(hs - CRP) levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) to provide the clinical evidence for its hypoglycemic application in clinic. Methods 64 T2DM patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with insulin, while on this basis the treatment group was combined with berberine. The course of treatment was 24 weeks. The fasting plasma glucose(FPG), fasting insulin(FINS), adiponectin(ADI) and hs - CRP before and after treatment were detected, and the insulin sensitivity index (ISI) was calculated. Results ISI and serum ADI after treatment in the treatment group were signifi-cantly elevated than before treatment( P ﹤ 0. 01 ), serum hs - CRP levels was significantly lower than before treatment( P ﹤ 0. 01); com-pared with before treatment, ISI, serum ADI and hs - CRP after treatment in the control group had no obvious change. Conclusion Berberine can improve the insulin resistance, increase serum ADI level and decrease serum hs - CRP level in T2DM patients.
